I’m a web developer in Bakersfield, California. I have a passion for creating beautiful effective websites that solve problems.

Academic
I created my first website in 2004 while still in high school (on 56k dial-up), before web design classes were offered. I learned everything mostly from the internet. It was intriguing and challenging, but it hooked me.
After high school, I studied Technical Web Development at the The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and received my diploma in 2011. I continue to study independently through leading online communities and personal projects.
Downtime
I spend a lot of time learning how to be a kid again with my rad preschooler or hanging out with the best dog of my life, Arbiter. Trying to take a break away from the electronic world is challenging, but adventuring into a forrest has become a favorite retreat of mine. If I’m not able to get away, a good video game is a better use of my time than watching television.
